Refunds are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The following conditions apply:

  • Notebooks & Journals: Must not show signs of writing, folding, or damage.
  • Pens & Writing Instruments: Must be unopened and unused, with original seals intact.
  • File Folders: Must be in original packaging, free from creases or tears.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Personalized or customized products (e.g., engraved pens, custom journals).
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include clear photos of the item(s) showing the condition (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LekhaPata is not liable for lost or damaged returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
